Pleasant Valley Pool Opening Set To Open Memorial Day Weekend

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — The unofficial start of summer is just around the corner, and township residents should get ready to dive in as Pleasant Valley Pool is set to open.

The pool will open on Saturday, May 25 for the 2024 season- just in time for Memorial Day.

Location

Located within Pleasant Valley Park on Valley Road in Basking Ridge, the complex has four separate pool areas, a full-service concession stand, and plenty of onsite parking.

Features include:

• 50 meter Main Pool with diving area(currently being replastered for 2024 season)
• Training Pool with twist slide
• Water Play Area with slides and interactive water features(currently being replastered for 2024 season)
• Wading Pool & Splash Area for children under 5
• Lifejackets, lounge chairs, shuffleboard and bocce courts
• Swim lessons, swim team, special events and activities
• Restrooms and changing areas
• Full-service concession stand

Hours

Opening Weekend: May 25, 26 & 27 & Weekends: June 1, 2, 8, 9
11 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Full Time Hours: June 15 to Sept. 1
Daily, 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Closing Day: Sept. 2
11 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Membership

Bernards residents are eligible for family, two-person, single and senior memberships. Non-residents are also eligible for family and single memberships.
