The public information meeting for the Douglas Road Bridge that had been scheduled for Wednesday night has been canceled due to snow.

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — The public information meeting for the Douglas Road Bridge that had been scheduled for Wednesday night has been canceled due to snow, Somerset County announced.

The meeting will be rescheduled.

The purpose of the meeting was to inform local residents, officials, and the public about the county’s proposal to replace the Douglas Road bridge that spans a tributary to Dead River in Bernards Township and the Borough of Far Hills.
