Reorganization Meetings Set for Basking Ridge
Bernards Township and Bernards Township Board of Education will host reorganization meetings this coming week.

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — With the new year here, local towns and school boards will begin swearing in their new members to kick off 2017.
Here are a list of the scheduled reorganization meetings:
The Bernards Township Council Annual Reorganization and regular meeting will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 3 at 7 p.m. at the Municipal Building, 1 Collyer Lane, Basking Ridge.

Republican Incumbent Carol Bianchi will be sworn into another three year term as Mayor. Bianchi ran unopposed in the past election.
The Bernards Township Board of Education Reorganization and Regular Meeting will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 3 at 7 p.m. at Ridge High School Performing Arts Center in Basking Ridge.

Three board members will be sworn into another three-year term including Rhonda L. Dunten, Michael J. Byrne and Karen Gray. All three were re-elected in an uncontested race.
