'Coffee With A Cop' In Basking Ridge Is Thursday Morning

The event on Nov. 2 allows residents to connect with a cop in a relaxed environment.

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — The Bernards Township Police Department is inviting residents to have "Coffee with a Cop" at its event on Nov. 2.

The event allows residents to connect with a cop in a relaxed environment, ask questions, share about your neighborhood, and learn about the people who protect and serve the community.

"The mission of Coffee with a Cop is to break down the barriers between police officers and the citizens they serve by removing agendas and allowing opportunities to ask questions, voice concerns, and get to know the officers in your township.

The event will be held at Priscilla's Pantry at 199 Morristown Road in Basking Ridge from 7:30 to 10 a.m.
