RHS Hosts Women's Leadership Summit
Ridge's Alliance for Young Social Entrepreneurs hosts Women's Leadership Summit.
On April 28, 2018, two exceptional business leaders shared their lessons learned in the corporate world to our Ridge High School students. Although they come from different cultural and educational backgrounds, the speakers have the same leadership qualities: they are strong women, entrepreneurs, and visionaries, committed to inspire and empower a new generation of leaders to pursue their dreams.
The event was hosted by the Ridge’s Alliance for Young Social Entrepreneurs (AYSE), a Ridge club directed by Jennifer Huang. "As the club advisor, I was extremely proud of all club members who organized this special event," Huang notes. The two speakers were Ms. Mei-Mei Tuan, Managing Partner at Notch Partners and Ms. Samantha Bruno, the Manager of Client Relations at PepperComm. They talked about their own tips for success and answered all questions from our students and parents.

The event closed with our reflection on Beyonce’s quote: “The most alluring thing a woman can have is confidence."
