Ridge High School ceramics students will present an exhibit, “For the Love of Frogs,” at the Environmental Education Center (EEC), 190 Lord Stirling Road in Basking Ridge, New Jersey from Wednesday, May 1 to Sunday, May 26, 2019.

The exhibit will be open 7 days a week from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Admission is free.

Ridge High School Advanced Ceramics Students will showcase their custom ceramic sculptures of some of the amphibious inhabitants of the Great Swamp! The hollow formed sculptures have been fabricated in the style and techniques of the ancient native cultures of the Western Hemisphere. As a tribute to work done by the Pre-Columbian Natives of Ancient Mexico, Central and South America, some of the sculptures have been crafted into functional vessels, while still maintaining their swamp creature appearances. A reception will be held on Thursday, May 2 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M.
