Road Construction Continues Monday In Basking Ridge
Road construction projects will continue next week in Basking Ridge. Drivers should plan alternate routes.

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — Road construction projects will continue on Monday.
A contractor will be performing pavement repairs at several locations throughout town. The streets affected by the work are as follows:
- Lone Oak Road
- Birch Drive
- Walnut Circle
- Prospect Avenue
- Spruce Street
- Ash Street
- Pine Street
- Coppergate Drive
- Harcourt Lane and Shepard Way
- Paddock Court and Wolf Lane
- Elizabeth Street
- Beaver Creek Court
All areas have been marked with white paint. The work will consist of milling and paving in the road and replacement of driveway aprons on Spruce, Ash, Pine and Birch marked with white paint.

Roads may be periodically closed to traffic. Resident access will be maintained. Drivers should exercise caution while traveling through these areas.
Infrastructure repairs:

Infrastructure repairs, including curb, sidewalk, and driveway repairs will begin on Monday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Hunters Lane and Pin Oak Court. Access will be affected at driveways with white paint marks on the sidewalk and/or street.
Infrastructure repairs, including storm sewer repairs, will begin on Monday from 7: a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Atlas Road. Repairs will start at the cul-de-sac and move towards the intersection of Wharton Way. Access may be limited at times.
Additionally, Meeker Road will be closed to thru traffic for pavement milling operations on or about Tuesday, Aug. 22, from approximately 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Construction of intersection improvements at Spring Valley Blvd and Acken Road will begin on or about Aug. 21.
