Somerset County Mental Health Center Provides Services During Coronavirus Fight

In response to the public healthcare crisis and the governor's executive order for social distancing, Richard Hall Community Health & Wellness Center has adjusted its services.

We know that it has been extremely difficult for everyone during this unprecedented time. We strongly encourage residents who are under emotional duress and feeling isolated, to visit our website for a list of mental health resources.

Currently, county staff is developing a process for providing telehealth to its clients, which is expected to be implemented sometime next week. Clients can call their provider at Richard Hall and follow the instructions available via voicemail. Click here for more information.

Richard Hall’s medication clinic is open to clients who require injectable medication, but an appointment is required. Clients who need to schedule an appointment or need their medication refilled can call 908-253-3171.

Residents who are experiencing a psychiatric emergency should contact Psychiatric Emergency Screening Services (PESS) at 908-526-4100.
