Pedestrian Hit, Killed By Car On I-287 In Somerset County
The Somerset man was in the roadway on I-287 when he was hit by a car, New Jersey State Police say.
BEDMINSTER, NJ — A Somerset man on Interstate 287 was hit and killed by a car early Sunday morning, police say.
On Jan. 30 at 4:20 a.m., a Mazda passenger car was driving south on I-287 in the area of milepost 22.4 in Bedminster when it hit a man in the roadway, said New Jersey State Police Trooper Charles Marchan.
The man was identified as Juan S. Gonzalez-Genchi, 24, of Somerset. He suffered fatal injuries as a result of the crash, said Marchan.
