Special Meeting to Discuss Islamic Society Lawsuit
The meeting will be called to order in open session and then immediately adjourn to Executive Session on Nov. 9.

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — The Bernards Township Committee will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday to discuss the ongoing litigation between the town and the Islamic Society of Basking Ridge.
The meeting will be held on Nov. 9 at 2:00 p.m. in the Bernards Township Municipal Building, 1 Collyer Lane, Basking Ridge.
The meeting will be called to order in open session and then immediately adjourn to Executive Session for the following reasons: Litigation, Attorney Client Privilege, & Contract Negotiations on Insurance Coverage, all regarding Case 3:33-AV-0001 ISBR v. Bernards Township (including NJDOJ and Attorney General’s Investigation).
