Terry Boudreau's Top Sports Shots of 2010

Editor's Note: We are presenting some of photographer Terry Boudreau's selections of his favorite sports photos for 2010. Terry is a visible presence at many Ridge sporting events, with a feel for both the action and portraying the young athletes involved. I couldn't resist adding a few of my own favorites.

I will always remember 2010 because of the opportunities afforded me by Patch.

Before anything else, I need to thank the coaches, Ridge Athletic Director Rich Schelo, the parents, booster clubs and most of all, the athletes for giving me tremendous opportunities to photograph their sports. I met some great people and had a terrific experience. I have been made to feel like I am a part of the Basking Ridge community and I really appreciate that.

These photos are not in any order of preference. They are what I liked for what they meant to the moment or what they meant in terms of the photo. I took approximately 350,000 sports photos this year (give or take 100,000) and many of my best were posted to Patch sites around NJ.   

I appreciate the kind words and ackowledgement I have received from my work.  Work. Is it really work when you do what you love?  I am living my dream and plan to do this for a very long time.
