Trump To Speak At Bedminster Golf Club Following Indictment

The former president will appear in court on Tuesday on the 37-count felony indictment related to the mishandling of classified documents.

BEDMINSTER, NJ — Former President Donald Trump will be speaking at Trump National Golf Club Bedminster in Bedminster on Tuesday night following his court hearing in Miami.

Trump is facing a felony indictment related to the mishandling of classified documents. The indictment includes 37 counts — 31 of which pertain to the willful retention of national defense information, with the balance relating to alleged conspiracy, obstruction and false statements —that taken together could result in a yearslong prison sentence. "The Biden-appointed Special Counsel has indicted me in yet another witch hunt regarding documents that I had the right to declassify as President of the United States," Trump claims on his website.

Trump is due to make his first court appearance Tuesday in federal court in Miami, where the case was filed.

The former president will then make his way back to Bedminster at 900 Lamington Road to make his statements during a press conference at 8:15 p.m.

Due to Trump's visits to Bedminster, the Federal Aviation Administration issued temporary flight restrictions for Special Security Reasons. The restrictions are in place from June 1 through Oct. 1.
