Unclaimed Lost Dog Up For Adoption In Basking Ridge

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — With no one stepping up to claim a lost dog found in the township, the Bernards Township Animal Control is now looking for someone to adopt him.

"Harry a puggle mix was found in Bernards Township and is now looking for a family to call his own," according to Animal Control.

Harry had been picked up on Mt. Airy Road in Bernards Township on Oct. 13. The dog was well-cared for but was not chipped, according to Michelle Santoro, Bernards Township Animal Control Officer. Read more: Lost Dog's Owner Sought In Basking Ridge

With no one coming forward to claim him, the township is hoping to find him a "forever" home.
