Video: Basking Ridge Abstract Artist Presents 'iPOP'

Basking Ridge artist Serena Bocchino has earned positive reviews for her work in several national publications, including the New York Times, New Yorker and San Francisco Chronicle (excerpts of which appear in the video below).

Her artwork is currently on display at the Simon Gallery on 48 Bank Street in Morristown. The collection is entitled "iPOP," influenced, like many of Bocchino's works, by the sounds of American jazz music. Bocchino paints uses a pouring technique, which makes her work reminiscent of Jackson Pollock. The accompanying video features some of the work displayed in the iPOP series.
