Artistic Impressions of Holocaust Liberation is an emotive interpretation of the voices of Holocaust liberators. The exhibit features the visual responses of Kean fine arts students and teaching alumni, as well as New Jersey students and their teachers from Kean’s Diversity Council, to the Liberator Testimonies Curriculum designed by Janice Kroposky, director of the Holocaust Resource Center at Kean University. With artistic concepts, skills and techniques taught by Dr. Joseph Amorino, fine arts professor at Kean, the varied group of artists uniquely depict the testimonies of liberators in a variety of media.
