Widespread Outages Reported Across Somerset County
Widespread outages are being reported across the state. PSE&G reports 5,400 customers and JCP&L 19,981 customers are without power.

SOMERSET COUNTY, NJ — JCP&L and PSE&G are reporting widespread outages across Somerset County and the rest of the state Friday morning.
The outages for the PSE&G and Jersey Central Power & Light customers are due to an issue at a JCP&L substation, NJ.com reported.
In Somerset County, PSE&G is reporting 63 Montgomery and fewer than five customers in Hillsborough,Raritan and Manville are without power.

JCP&L is reporting 193 Warren, 62 Watchung and fewer than five customers in Bedminster and Branchburg are without power.
Nearby counties including Somerset, Morris, Essex, Hunterdon, Ocean, Sussex, Hudson, Bergen and Mercer are also experiencing power outages.
