2 Tire Slashings Reported In Nutley Within 1 Week

Another vehicle's tires were slashed in Nutley, authorities say – here's where.

NUTLEY, NJ — Nutley has seen two tires slashing incidents in the span of a week, authorities say.

According to the Nutley Police Department, a vehicle owner reported a case of “criminal mischief” at police headquarters on Oct. 26.

The vehicle owner said that they returned to their vehicle on Franklin Avenue to find that someone had slashed two of their tires. The surrounding area was canvassed for further information, police stated.
