200 Prescription Pads Stolen From Doctor’s Office: Nutley Police
NPD: A pharmacist in Nutley reported a suspicious incident after coming across an "unusually high" order of medicine in three prescriptions.
NUTLEY, NJ — A doctor in New Jersey learned that 200 prescription pads were stolen from their office after a pharmacist in Nutley reported a suspicious incident last week, police said Friday.
According to the Nutley Police Department, a pharmacist who works on Franklin Avenue came across an “unusually high” order of medicine in three prescriptions on March 11. The pharmacist contacted the doctor, who later confirmed that 200 prescription pads were missing.
No additional information was available in an initial police statement.
