3 Essex County Police Chiefs Hail From Belleville High School
3 active top cops in Essex County call Belleville High School their alma mater.
BELLEVILLE, NJ — If you’ve gone to Belleville High School, you may recognize the faces of three local police chiefs. That’s because three active top cops in Essex County each call the school their alma mater, according to Belleville Police Chief Mark Minichini.
Minichini shared the interesting bit of local trivia on social media Tuesday:
“Way to go Bellville High School! Three active chiefs of police, Belleville, East Orange and Montclair, all BHS graduates.”
The police chief of East Orange is Phyllis Bindi; the chief in Montclair is Todd Conforti.
