3 Spookily Fun Halloween Activities In Belleville For 2022

BELLEVILLE, NJ — The township of Belleville will be holding several spookily fun activities for Halloween 2022. Here is some info about each, via the municipal website.

HALLOWEEN SPECTACULAR – The town will hold a Halloween Spectacular on Saturday, October 22, 2022 on the front lawn of Belleville High School from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Attractions will include a pumpkin patch, pumpkin painting, Halloween characters, a costume contest and special guest, Jake the Snakeman and his reptile friends. POLICE SPOOKTACULAR – The Belleville Police Department will hold a “Spooktacular Event” from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 28 at police headquarters, 152 Washington Avenue. It will include candy, treats, Halloween crafts, a police car “trunk or treat,” a haunted mobile precinct walk-through, games, music and a costume contest. Learn more here.

HOME DECORATING CONTEST – The township is organizing a Halloween Home Decoration Contest for local residents. People can submit a nomination via email (include a picture and address to kglojo@bellevillenj.org). For more information, call 973-450-3345. The submission deadline is Friday, Oct. 28.
