6 Competing For 3 Seats On Nutley School Board: 2019 Election

NUTLEY, NJ — The battlefield is set for the Nutley Board of Education election this November.

According to the Essex County Clerk’s Office, six candidates have filed to run for three open seats on the board as part of the 2019 general election. Each term lasts three years.

The candidates for 2019 are:

• Frank DeMaio - no slogan
• Charles Kucinski - Experience, Integrity, Stability
• Ralph Chimento - Courage, Dedication, Respect
• Vito D'Alessio - Courage, Dedication, Respect
• Dominick Ritacco - Courage, Dedication, Respect
• Daniel Carnicella - no slogan

The last day to file school board election petitions was Monday, July 29. The 2019 general election will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 5.
