BELLEVILLE, NJ — A "National Night Out" celebration will return in Belleville for 2026.
The Belleville Police Department will host this year's event from 6 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 4 at the Belleville High School Municipal Stadium complex.
The free celebration is open to the public. It will include food, music, children's activities and law enforcement demonstrations, in addition to safety information from local emergency responders.
National Night Out is commemorated each summer in towns across the United States. The event helps to foster connections between police and the public.
