Belleville 2017 Fireworks Show, Independence Day Celebration Return

BELLEVILLE, NJ — This year, Belleville residents should think about leaving the fireworks to the pros, municipal officials say.

“According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), hundreds of people are injured each Fourth of July while using consumer fireworks, including sparklers and firecrackers,” municipal officials state on the town website.

But have heart, local fireworks fans. Belleville will host its annual Independence Day Fireworks Celebration for 2017 on Tuesday, July 4 at the Belleville Municipal Stadium. For more information, click here.

According to a township flyer, the 2017 celebration will include:

• 6:30 p.m. – Family fun activities (including a magician)
• 7:30 p.m. – Live performance from The Cameos
• 9:15 p.m. – Fireworks begin
