Belleville Cops Arrest Man With Nutley Warrant: Drugs, Prescription Pad Found In Car
Belleville police arrested a Clifton driver with a warrant from Nutley after finding heroin, oxycodone and a prescription pad in his car.

BELLEVILLE, NJ — Belleville police arrested a Clifton resident with a warrant out of Nutley earlier this month after finding heroin, oxycodone and a blank doctor’s prescription pad in their car during a traffic stop, authorities say.
According to the Belleville Police Department, officers allegedly saw a vehicle travel at a “high rate of speed,” cross over yellow lines and fail to stop at a red light on Mill Street around 7:38 p.m. on March 18.
After pulling the vehicle over near a dead end on Mill Street, the officers allegedly noticed the driver - Eleni Skordos, 36, of Clifton – “moving franticly and trying to conceal an item under the seat.”
