Belleville Cops Bring Back Annual Community Bike Ride Event For 2025

BELLEVILLE, NJ — The Belleville Police Department will host its 5th annual Community Bike Ride at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 31 at School #7, located at 20 Passaic Avenue.

According to the BPD, the free 3.6-mile community bike ride takes participants on a “leisure family friendly ride” throughout the town. Riders will be escorted by Belleville police officers the entire way.

“This is a great opportunity to meet and interact with officers, neighbors and friends,” organizers said.

The schedule follows below:

• 10:30 a.m. - Same Day Registration
• 12:30 to 1 p.m. - Bikes line up
• 1 p.m. - Bike Ride begins

• PRE-REGISTER online here or at the township website, www.bellevillenj.org
• HELMETS ARE REQUIRED and snacks and refreshments will be available. Helmets will be provided for those in need, while limited supplies last.
