BELLEVILLE, NJ — Belleville will hold its first-ever Tibetan flag raising ceremony on Friday, Feb. 9.

The ceremony will take place at noon at Town Hall, 152 Washington Street in tribute to the Tibetan New Year, according to a municipal notice.
