Belleville Hydrant Flushing May Cause Discolored Water, Pressure Drops
Some Belleville residents might experience discolored water or low water pressure for the next two weeks due to fire hydrant flushing.
BELLEVILLE, NJ — Some Belleville residents might experience discolored water or low water pressure for the next two weeks due to fire hydrant flushing, officials say.
According to a municipal advisory, the town will begin flushing hydrants from Wednesday, Aug. 28 to Wednesday, Sept. 11. It will take place from 9 p.m. to midnight.
Residents may experience discolored water and/or low water pressure in the following areas:
