BELLEVILLE, NJ — Hydrant flushing may impact water pressure for some Belleville residents over the next three weeks, officials say.
The township issued the following notice on Monday:
“Please be advised Belleville Township will be flushing hydrants from Tuesday, April 22 through Monday, May 12. [Affected] areas will be: Franklin Avenue to Union Avenue and Joralemon Street to Greylock Parkway.”
Residents in the impacted areas may experience low water pressure or discolored water during this time, officials said.
