Belleville Stolen Cars: Parkside Drive, Mt. Prospect Avenue
A pair of motor vehicle thefts took place in Belleville within the space of three days, authorities say.

BELLEVILLE, NJ — A pair of motor vehicle thefts took place in Belleville within the space of three days earlier this month, authorities say.
According to the Belleville Police Department, the following incidents were recently reported in the township:
- March 19 (7:38 a.m.) - Parkside Drive – “The victim reported he parked his motor vehicle on the street night before. Upon returning, he discovered the vehicle was gone. Taken was a 1999 Honda Accord. Vehicle was recovered in Paterson on March 20. Open investigation.”
- March 21 (9:59 p.m.) - Mt. Prospect Ave. – “The victim stated she parked her motor vehicle at approximately 5:30 p.m. in front of her residence. Upon returning, she discovered the vehicle was stolen. Taken was a 2000 Honda CRV. Vehicle was recovered in Belleville on March 22. Open investigation.”
