Belleville Stolen Cars Reported On Branch Brook, Washington, Brighton

BELLEVILLE, NJ — Belleville police say that the following vehicles were recently reported missing in the township.

• May 11 - Branch Brook Drive – 8:59 p.m. – The victim stated he parked his motor vehicle in the rear parking lot around 8 a.m. After returning around 10 p.m., he observed the vehicle, a 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse, was gone.
• May 2 – Brighton Avenue – 1:40 p.m. – The victim stated he parked his motor vehicle, a 2013 Infinity FX3, the night before at the intersection of Brighton/Newark Ave. Upon returning to the vehicle following day, he observed the vehicle was gone. The vehicle was recovered in Newark on May 3.
• April 30 - Washington Avenue – 10:20 a.m. – The victim stated he parked his motor vehicle in a rear parking lot on April 28. After returning to motor vehicle on April 30, he observed the vehicle, a 1999 Isuzu Amigo, was gone.
