Belleville Zoning: Ad Company Wants Large Billboard Near Route 21
Should the Belleville Zoning Board allow an advertising company to install a large, digital billboard on a property near Route 21?

BELLEVILLE, NJ — Should the Belleville Zoning Board of Adjustment allow an advertising company to install a large, digital billboard on a property near Route 21?
During a special meeting of the board on Tuesday, June 19, its members will consider an application from Mount Arlington-based North Jersey Advertising to put up a billboard at 229 Main Street alongside the busy highway. The digital billboard would be two-sided and could reach more than 70 feet off the ground, according to municipal officials.
Other North Jersey Advertising billboards are located on Route 15 in Lake Hopatcong and Route 206 in Augusta, according to the company’s website.
