Clara Maass Medical Center Partners with Newark Bears

Newark Bears first baseman Ernie Banks Jr. and outfielder Jamar Walton visited Clara Mass Medical Center.  They brightened the day for some pediatric patients, chatted with doctors and took time to pose for pictures with patients and staff.

Members of the Clara Maass Medical Center Community continued the fun by attending the Newark Bears baseball game that evening.  Employees, families and friends gathered together for a great game, food and overall exciting evening with security manager, Gerard Anderson, throwing out the first pitch.

Clara Maass Medical Center is proud of their partnership with the Newark Bears and thanks the Bears for the good cheer they brought to the sick patients.  These athletes have big hearts.
