Extra Mile Basketball NJ

Extra Mile Basketball NJ is an elite youth basketball training program based in Lyndhurst, NJ, serving athletes ages 7–18 across Bergen, Essex, and Hudson County. We specialize in small-group and private performance training led by Coach James, an internationally experienced basketball coach with 17 years of experience and over 2,000 athletes trained across three continents. Our program develops the complete player — ball handling, shooting, footwork, defense, basketball IQ, leadership, and mental toughness. We train athletes across three age groups: Grades 2–5 (Ages 7–10), Grades 6–8 (Ages 11–13), and Grades 9–12 (Ages 14–18). We offer flexible weekly training packages designed to accommodate different schedules and budgets — from a single drop-in session to a full monthly commitment. A Belleville police officer shot a criminal suspect Wednesday afternoon, Chief Assistant Prosecutor Thomas Fennelly of the Essex County Prosecutor's Office told <a href="http://www.nj.com/essex/index.ssf/2016/12/police_in_belleville_shoot_wound_suspect_authoriti.html#incart_river_home" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">nj.com</a>. The shooting occurred in the 300 block of Joralemon Street, according to the report, and the incident was still under investigation late Wednesday night. The man was taken to University Hospital in serious but stable condition. The circumstances of the shooting are not yet known, according to <a href="http://abc7ny.com/news/man-wounded-in-police-involved-shooting-in-belleville-nj/1667852/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">WABC-TV</a>.
