Two big crashes have slowed traffic to a stop, and closed lanes on two major New Jersey highways on Monday morning, authorities said.

The Route 95 south express lanes in Englewood - near the entry to the New Jersey Turnpike - were closed because of a motor vehicle crash, officials said. The crash apparently involved two tractor-trailers.

An accident was reported on the George Washington Bridge eastbound on the New York side/lower level, according to state officials.
