Car Crash in Nutley Slows Down Morning Commute

A two-car motor vehicle accident in Nutley slowed down traffic on Friday morning but caused no injuries to the drivers.

According to Nutley Police Chief Thomas Strumolo, the crash took place around 6 a.m. on Route 21 North by exit 8, when one vehicle struck the divider, then cut across the road and hit another car.

One of the vehicles sustained heavy damage and had to be towed from the scene, Strumolo told Patch.
