Clara Maass Hospital In Belleville Names New Board Trustee
Daniel Geltrude has been named as the newest member of the board of trustees at Clara Maass Medical Center.

Clara Maass Medical Center, an RWJBarnabas Health facility, has announced the appointment of Daniel J. Geltrude, CPA, to its Board of Trustees.
"We are very fortunate to add Dan Geltrude to our talented roster of trustees," said Robert Gaccione, Chairman of the hospital's Board of Trustees. "His unwavering commitment to the medical center and the health of our community, combined with his keen financial acumen and insights, will position Dan as an invaluable addition and asset."

Geltrude brings a wealth of charitable and civic experience in the healthcare arena. He is the co-founder of the Mike Geltrude Foundation for Melanoma Education and Research; he serves on the board of the Clara Maass Medical Center Foundation; he is the current Chairman of the Penn State Hershey Melanoma Center, and he is the past Chairman of the Penn State Hershey Cancer Institute.
"I am honored to welcome Dan to the Clara Maass and RWJBarnabas Health family," said Mary Ellen Clyne, Ph.D., President and Chief Executive Officer of Clara Maass Medical Center. Beyond his humanitarian efforts, Geltrude is also a longstanding New Jersey business leader. As Managing Partner of Nutley-based Geltrude & Company, LLC, founded in 1995, Geltrude provides services that include tax planning, accounting, and auditing services. He has served on numerous corporate boards and advisory councils and is a frequent guest expert on television and radio.
