Driver Chucks Object Out Window, Hits Car On Rt. 21 In Nutley: Police
A local motorist told Nutley police that another driver hit their car with an "unknown object" as they were traveling on Route 21.

Nutley, NJ – A local motorist told Nutley police that another driver hit their car with an “unknown object” as they were traveling on Route 21 earlier this month.
According to police, the motorist said that they were traveling south on Route 21 in the area near the Clifton/Nutley border on March 21, when the driver of a red Subaru wagon allegedly threw the object out their window.
The object struck the victim’s driver’s side mirror, police stated.

The victim provided police with the license plate of the Subaru. Officers attempted to contact the registered owner with negative results, police stated.
Officers advised the victim that a complaint can be signed through the Municipal Court for criminal mischief.
