Topic: Standards and Assessments
The New Jersey Department of Education posts revised Core Curriculum Content Standards that guide an educator’s instructional curriculum.
Students participate in a standardized assessment for each grade, the NJASK 3-8 and the HSPA 11, as a required component to acquire a standard high school diploma.
This workshop will offer parents the opportunity to view the content standards as well as sample the summative assessments to which each student must demonstrate proficiency.
All parents of Belleville students are invited to attend. Light refreshments will be served.
