Recent WWE TV star and Hall-of-Fame legend "Mr. U.S.A." Tony Atlas will headline an all-star night of pro wrestling, as the tri-state area's favorite promotion National Pro Wrestling Superstars makes a long-awaited return to the air-conditioned Belleville, NJ Knights Of Columbus Hall (98 Bridge Street, just off Belleville Avenue, minutes from the Parkway) this coming Friday night August 19th at 7:45pm.
But Atlas isn't the only wrestling star that will shine in Belleville. The current NWS Heavyweight Champion "Rampage" Rogers has a title defense against a Jersey Shore resident who's a former champion and the current number-one contender, the popular Ray Ray Marz. And former Union residents, now also residing on the Jersey Shore in Seaside Heights, NWS Tag-Team Champions The Jersey Shore Jocks (Mike Dennis & Chris D'Andrea), will defend their belts against the newly formed duo known as Team Casanova (Damian Darling & NWS Junior Heavyweight Champion and 2011 J-Cup Winner "The Love Machine" Nicky Oceans).
In other action, NWS Hardcore Champion "Corrupted" Corey Havoc will battle the popular Atomic Dog for his title, and NWS Jersey Shore Champion The Jersey Kidd will defend his title in a three-way bout against "Mr. Entertainment" J.D. Smoothie and an opponent yet to be named.
There will also be appearances by other regional and local pro mat stars including international star Danny Inferno, the "Giant Odd-It-Tee" Goal-Duh, Sweet Baby James, and much more!
