Here’s How To Get Nutley Senior Farmers Market Vouchers

2023 Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program Vouchers will be available at the Nutley Farmers Market on July 16.

Nutley Mayor Joseph Scarpelli and Commissioner John Kelly are pleased to announce that the Essex County Division of Senior Services will be distributing the 2023 Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program Vouchers at the Nutley Farmers Market on Sunday, July 16.

Residents can register for the program during the hours of 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Municipal Lot #7 – 507 Franklin Avenue (behind Bella Luce).

As per the Essex County Division of Senior Services, all residents 60 years and older, and income eligible, will be able to receive vouchers for the 2023 season. Applicants should be prepared to produce valid photo identification, as well as proof of income. As of July 1, 2023, eligible residents can earn no more than $26,973/annually, $2,248/monthly or $1,038/bi-weekly.

The Nutley Farmers Market has received a grant from City Green to provide approved residents an additional $25 in coupons, which can be redeemed for fresh fruit and vegetables only at the Nutley Farmers Market through Oct. 29.
