NJ Man Drives Car Into Nutley River On NYE: Report
The Hamburg man flipped his car into the Third River near Harrison Street and Franklin Avenue, a report says.

Nutley, NJ – A Sussex County man flipped his Honda CRV into the Third River in Nutley on New Year’s Eve, prompting a rescue effort involving township residents and emergency responders.
According to NorthJersey.com, the incident took place around 10:15 a.m., when emergency responders received a call about a vehicle accident at the intersection of Harrison Street and Franklin Avenue.
Several citizens, in addition to police and fire personnel, jumped into the river to assist the man, who was in waist deep water, NorthJersey.com reported.

Emergency responders checked the Hamburg resident, who was released to his son, NorthJersey.com stated.
