Nutley Car Owner Argues With Construction Worker: PD
A Nutley resident allegedly saw a construction worker lift concrete sidewalk material over their parked vehicle, police said.
NUTLEY, NJ — A heated dispute between a Nutley car owner and some construction workers last week ended calmly after police arrived on the scene, authorities said.
According to the Nutley Police Department, the argument took place on Sherwood Lane on May 9, when a local resident allegedly saw a construction worker lift concrete sidewalk material over their parked vehicle.
The resident later told police that he got offended because he wasn’t asked to move his vehicle prior to the work. He then confronted the contractors and the situation escalated, authorities said.
