Nutley High School Student Earns Prestigious Art Award
A Nutley High School student has earned a prestigious art award, as well as glowing words from her teacher.
NUTLEY, NJ — A Nutley High School student has earned a prestigious art award, as well as glowing words from her teacher.
District officials recently announced that NHS senior and AP art student, Anais St. Amant received an acceptance letter into the Scholarship Class for Talented High School Students at The Art Students League of New York.
The prestigious program will run in conjunction with her senior year at NHS.

According to the Nutley school district, St. Amant is the lead Set Club painter and National Art Honor Society Finance secretary.
Her art teacher of four years, Theresa Lappostato, called St. Amant “a pretty amazing and humble student.”
