Nutley To Hold COVID-19 Vaccine Bivalent Booster Clinic
Many Nutley residents are now able to receive a booster dose. A Moderna vaccine clinic will take place on Feb. 7.

NUTLEY, NJ — Nutley will hold a Moderna COVID-19 vaccine bivalent booster clinic on Tuesday, Feb. 7.
According to a municipal advisory, people 18 or older are eligible for a single booster dose of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine (bivalent) if it has been at least two months since they have completed primary vaccination or have received the most recent booster dose with any authorized or approved monovalent COVID-19 vaccine.
The town’s clinic will take place from noon to 2 p.m. at the Nutley Health Department, 149 Chestnut Street. Appointments are necessary, and can be scheduled online here. Call 973-284-4976 for assistance.

People should remember to bring their COVID-19 vaccination cards. Residents should talk to their health care provider about their medical condition, and whether getting an additional dose is appropriate for them, organizers said.
