Nutley Irish Association Digitizes Old VHS Tapes Of Past Parades

NUTLEY, NJ — Want to relive a St. Patrick’s Day Parade in Nutley from 1986, 1987, 1988 and 2007? Now you have a place to do so online, thanks to the Nutley Irish American Association.

According to a recent social media post from the group:

“This is one of the coolest projects we've done to date. We found old VHS tapes of parades in our storage unit and we were able to digitize them. The Nutley Irish now has their own YouTube Channel! Highly recommend you watch these parades! 1986, 1987, 1988 and 2007. The parades from the 80's were covered by OBTV, and the coverage was AMAZING! From the on-the-street interviews to the post parade celebrating at Maggie's Garter ... everything about these videos we love!”
