Nutley Man ‘Rammed’ Vehicle After Incident At Business: PD
Nutley police arrested a local man after he allegedly "rammed" another person's vehicle, authorities said.
NUTLEY, NJ — Nutley police arrested a local man after he allegedly “rammed” another person’s vehicle on Tuesday, authorities said.
According to the Nutley Police Department, an incident that started at a business on Franklin Avenue ended when Michael Morrison, 55, of Nutley, rammed his car into the victim’s vehicle twice.
Morrison attempted to crash into the victim’s vehicle a third time before he was taken into custody, police said.

Police charged Morrison with two counts of Aggravated Assault Attempt to Cause Severe Bodily Injury With Deadly Weapon, Terroristic Threats, Bias Intimidation, Possession of a Weapon For Unlawful Purpose and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon.
Morrison was also issued motor vehicle summonses for Reckless Driving, Wrong Way on One-Way Street, Leaving Scene of Accident Involving Property Damage, Failure to Report Accident, and Failure to Show License/Registration.

Morrison was transported to the Essex County Correctional Facility, police said.
