Nutley Police Increase Patrols Around Possible Juvenile Drinking Spot

According to the Nutley Police Department, officers will be increasing patrols in the wooded area on a suspicion that juveniles or other residents may be gathering to drink alcohol in the location.

Police stated that on Tuesday, officers found graffiti, broken alcohol bottles and litter in the area on Dec. 29, “indicating people are gathering there to drink, presumably juveniles.”

Nutley police stated that trespassers and offenders in the area will be charged with violations.
