Nutley Preps For 2018 Election: 3 BOE Seats Up For Grabs
The League of Women Voters of the Nutley Area will host a Board of Education candidate forum on Nov. 1 at the Nutley Museum.

NUTLEY, NJ — Are you ready for the 2018 election, Nutley?
As part of the General Election on Tuesday, Nov. 6, residents of Nutley will elect three members to the nine-seat Board of Education.
The League of Women Voters of the Nutley Area will host a candidate forum in collaboration with Nutley Association of American University Women at 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 1 at the Nutley Museum, 65 Church St. (Learn more here)

The league will submit three questions to the candidates for each of them to answer ahead of time. Their answers, as well as statements regarding why each person is running will be published and copies will be available at the forum, organizers stated.
To take part in the Nov. 6 General Election, voters must be registered to vote no later than October 16, 2018, the league stated.
