Nutley Victim Says Large Stranger Shoved Him, Caused Bloody Injury: Police
A "large, unknown male" allegedly pushed another man during an argument on Centre Street, Nutley police say.

NUTLEY, NJ — A “large unknown male” allegedly pushed another man during an argument on Centre Street last week, knocking him to the ground and causing a bloody injury, Nutley police say.
According to the Nutley Police Department, several officers responded to a report of dispute in the area on Aug. 29, finding a victim bleeding from a cut on the back of their head.
Emergency responders provided care to the victim, who told police that a large, unknown male assaulted him during a dispute, pushing him and knocking him to the sidewalk, where he hit his head.

Emergency responders then transported the injured man to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Police interviewed three witnesses about the incident, who each gave similar accounts, describing the man as a “large,” white male between 50 and 60-years-old, wearing a gray shirt, blue jeans and work boots.
