One Good Deed For Another: Belleville Cops Give Flag To Baker

BELLEVILLE, NJ — A cookie made with love can go a long way.

Officers from the Belleville Police Department recently paid a visit to a local woman, “Mrs. Piambo,” who goes out her way to bake them cookies and other goodies. It turns out that officers – who regularly visit Piambo to say thanks for the treats – found out the Belleville resident needed a new U.S. flag.

The officers delivered her a new flag on Monday.
